Reconnecting with our breath, and with our bodies is a powerful way to come back to our own truth. We are more than just our thoughts and ideas, and so often we live our lives from the place of being stranded up in our heads!

Thankfully, our bodies are always willing to tell us the truth about where we are. All we need to do is tune in. Use this meditation whenever you want to reorient yourself away from the stress of your day, and come back home to you.
